Payment & Opening Accounts

We accept orders on a proforma basis (payment received for goods before despatch). Payment can me made either through a major credit card, cheque or by cash at our office. If paying by cheque, please make payable to : PRG Services UK Ltd. Please allow 3-4 working days for cheque to clear before despatch of goods.

Carriage Terms

We have a minimum carriage charge of £10.50. Carriage charges may vary depending on weight and destination. All in stock deliveries are on an next working day service with a national carrier, or special delivery with Royal Mail.

Please check all goods for damages or problems and report them immediately, Prg Services (UK) Ltd accept no liability for goods that have been signed for “received in good condition” but upon inspection are damaged or incomplete. If an any doubt, please sign for damaged, and inform us as soon as possible.

Despatch Time

All in stock orders received before 3.pm will be despatched the same day, for next working day delivery, otherwise we will despatch on the following working day.
Orders to certain Highland and Island regions in Scotland and the Channel Islands may take longer. Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland will take 3-5 days from date of order.

Discrepancies

Any problems with goods or invoice must be reported to us within days 5 days. Please quote your account number on all correspondence. Please note title of goods remains with PRG Sevices UK Ltd, untill invoice has been paid in full. Our full terms and conditions are available upon request.
